Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the service provider HostWash (hereinafter "Provider"), operated by Let IT Bee, s.r.o., ID: 24205095, registered at Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, and the customer (hereinafter "Client").

1. Service Definitions

1.1 Laundry Service (Own Linen)

A one-off service including pickup, washing at 60 °C, drying, ironing/pressing, folding, and delivery of the Client's own linen. No long-term contract is required.

1.2 Linen Rental

A subscription service where the Provider supplies hotel-quality bedding and towel sets (hereinafter "Sets") to the Client's property and handles their regular exchange, laundering, and maintenance. Sets remain the property of the Provider for the entire duration of the Agreement.

2. Linen Rental — Contract Terms

2.1 Commencement

The linen rental service is activated upon signing a Linen Rental Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") or by electronic acceptance of these terms during registration. The Agreement specifies:

This rotation system means the Client never has to wait for laundry — during a guest turnover, simply use the backup set and place the used linen in the collection bag.

Set composition can be adjusted to match the property layout (1-person, apartment, etc.).

2.4 Ownership & Responsibility

2.5 Deposit

Upon activation, the Client pays a refundable deposit equal to the value of one complete Set per property. The deposit amount is specified in the Agreement and covers potential loss or excessive damage. Upon proper termination and return of all Sets in acceptable condition, the deposit is refunded within 14 days.

3. Logistics — Pickup & Delivery

3.1 Schedule

Pickup of soiled linen and delivery of clean linen takes place on an agreed schedule, typically 1–2 times per week on a regular day and time. Specific days and times are part of the Agreement.

If the Client requires an exceptionally fast turnaround (within 12 hours), an express service is available at a +50% surcharge on the standard laundry price.

4. Quality & Complaints

The Client may file a quality complaint within 24 hours of delivery. The Provider shall resolve the complaint by re-washing or replacing the Set free of charge within 48 hours.

If payment is overdue by more than 14 days, the Provider may suspend the service. If overdue by more than 30 days, the Provider may terminate the Agreement and request the return of all Sets.

6. Duration & Termination

6.1 Minimum Commitment

The Linen Rental Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Reason: initial costs of procuring and preparing Sets for the Client.

6.2 Notice Period

After the minimum commitment period, either party may terminate the Agreement with a 1-month notice period, effective at the end of a calendar month.

6.3 Return of Sets

The Client must return all assigned Sets (including backups) within 7 days of termination. Unreturned items will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately.

6.4 Immediate Termination

The Provider may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect in case of:

7. Plan Changes

The Client may request a plan change (adding/removing properties or turnovers), effective from the following month. When upgrading, the Provider will deliver additional Sets. When downgrading, the Client returns excess Sets.

8. Data Protection

The Provider processes the Client's personal data to the extent necessary for fulfilling the Agreement (name, property address, contact details, billing information). Details are available in our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
