Privacy Policy

Effective from 22 September 2026

This policy explains how HostWash handles the personal data of prospects and clients. We follow Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

1. Who the controller is

Let IT Bee, s.r.o., company ID 24205095, VAT ID CZ24205095, registered office Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague. The company operates the HostWash service under this brand.

Contact for personal data matters: [email protected]. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require it.

2. What data we process and why

• Name, e-mail, phone, number of properties and message from the contact form - to reply to you and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Property address, contact and billing details, linen handover details - to provide the service, collect and deliver linen and issue invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Traffic source and technical data about the form submission - protecting the form against spam and measuring which advertising works. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Cookies and data about how you use the website - measuring traffic and advertising performance. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the cookie banner.

We do not need any sensitive data (special categories under Art. 9 GDPR). Please do not send us such data even voluntarily.

3. Who we share data with

We share the data needed to provide the service (address, contact, collection date and scope) with contracted partners who handle laundry and linen transport for us. We share only what they strictly need.

We also use processors who run technical services for us:

• Cloudflare, Inc. - website and form hosting
• Amazon Web Services (SES) and Resend, Inc. - e-mail delivery
• Google Ireland Ltd. - traffic and advertising measurement (only with cookie consent)
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. - mailbox and website usage analytics (Clarity, only with cookie consent)
• accounting software provider and external accountant - bookkeeping

Some processors may process data outside the EU. In that case the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. How long we keep data

• Enquiry that did not lead to cooperation: 12 months from the last contact, then we delete it.
• Client data: for the duration of the contract and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require (up to 10 years).
• Cookies: depending on the type, no longer than 24 months.

5. Your rights

With regard to your data, you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy,
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate,
• have it erased if there is no longer a reason to process it,
• restrict its processing or object to it,
• receive it in a machine-readable format and transfer it elsewhere,
• withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not apply retroactively.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the website working and always run. We only start analytics and advertising cookies after you consent to them in the banner on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser.

7. Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this document and the effective date above.
